that the hotel will be very bad, because it looked abandoned. However,

Roomy apartment, good cooking facilities and a washing machine, very spacious and comfortable, though the 'sofa bed' in the lounge was a little rough to say the least! Close to the marina and beach, shops etc., so really no need to leave resort! -

Stayed there one night in late March 2013. Booked regular double room but were upgraded to the suite for free.
The family who run this B&B is soooo friendly!!! They speak reasonably good English and are keen to help with any requests. Ask them about local restaurants in Santadi and they will tell you where to have amazing local Sardinian food!

The staff was so so nice.They picked us up at the airport and drove us back.
We ate there a couple of times and the food was always great. Angelo is a great cook and a really nice guy.
They were keen on helping us with directions and things to do in Alghero.
The bungalow was also nice and we had a fridge there. There were parties and dancing at the reception bulding but it was quiet in the area of where the bungalows were.
We had a nice time there and we would definitely stay at Villaggio Nurra

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean! Area is not as bad as some write. There's a great beach nearby, a small village with supermarkets, shops and bars. All within 2km.
There's also a campsite close to it with a beatiful river where you can kayak, run, surf etc.

Abbaidda hotel is a lovely friendly family run hotel. Bright airy and spotlessly clean. Great view over farmland to the sea where there are beautiful beaches. If you are after a glitzy hotel in the middle of a busy resort this is not for you. But if you are happy in a simple hotel but with all the mod cons including free wifi excellent breakfasts and with a great vibe then I would highly recommend this hotel. Good value for money. I loved it.
