Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful.
Interior of the room was really nice. Equipped with a Safe, Refridgerator which contained free bottles of water, electric kettle a choice of teabags.
Night were very quiet and peaceful, we were not disturbed by any noises.

Staff working there is 5* !!!! Best ever customer service I have ever seen! been treated like I am the most important guest in all resort. Lovely place to stay and relax. Location spotless! Perfect food, perfect drinks, great views. Not far away supermakret and other restaurants although they were colsed in April :P In general I am coming back for sure !!! :) Thank you to all staff ,u made my holidays a pure leasure!!

We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. Despite of its location, the hotel is trying hard to be posh and contemporary and somehow creates its ambient separate from the outside world. The general quality of the accommodation was excellent, the gardens beautifully maintained and the location between town and beach perfect. Breakfast was generally good but even though most of the guests clearly came through a UK tour company, local cheese instead of processed packets would have been appreciated. Most guests seemed to thin it was perfect.
