  Best food in the world!! - Wonderful location and spa facilities. Staff were excellent, so friendly, cheerful and helpful. Room (junior suite) although small had 2 lovely terraces with magnificent views and 2 bathrooms!   I really liked the location even though you need a car to get around. There are very good restaurants nearby, great sandy beaches. I liked privacy in the appartments, they are well equiped (except for missing bed sheets and towels which you have to pay for).   It is a wonderful hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Near the small town of Tortoli, from the hotel there is a bus every day (4 euro). Small rooms in a Sardinian style, for dinner a lot of seafood dishes. Great service, beautiful scenery, safari zoo that will like not only children but also adults. Charming animation team. It' - The staff were excellent for what they were able to provide. The meals were beautiful Italian cuisine done at there best.

The location may seem a bit far from the city center but it is well connected to it (via public and own transport 10 min), to the beach (own transport, 10 min... what people say » ) and is close to the freeway for all directions, surrounded by mountains and thick vegetation. Facilities well maintained. Free internet and parking. - - Excellent cleanless - playground for kids - spa - staff - Free fresh Cappuccinos in the morning - excellent location (traveled with car) i.e. city centre 7 min, brilliant Pittulungu beach 5 min, costa smeralda 15 min, San Teodoro 25 min, airport 15 min, shopping centre 7 min etc. - swimming pools (all) including side pool - room service - room standard - 2 children stayed for free - quiet location - free parking - would recommend to anyone - totally inexpensive

  Excellent food. - Our reservation was made for Club Hotel Ancora but on arrival we we told that the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff were apologetic and had arranged transfer to Club Hotel Cala Rosa, a few hundred yards along the coast.
