The location is perfect to do trips and visit the area around. The apartment is in the center of the city, you have a lot of traffic, but there is everything you might need close by. The apartment is really beautiful, big, clean, fully equipped and newly renovated. The free parking garage is perfect (and necessary). We could have had breakfast for 5 EUR/p.P., but we didn`t need it. The owners are really friendly and helpful.

the place is very nice, up on the mountain, fresh air and wonderful surrounding. Family that works there are such a nice people. They always run around and makes you feel like at home. Mother prepares dinner, you sit all together with other tourists, share, enjoy delicious food, wine and have a nice long talking evening with son Marco. Its a simple, cozy place that i never saw before and always would like to come back!

This was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is of a high standard, very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is great with bread, cold cuts, fruits and pastries if desired.

The food was amazing! And the surrounding views of the mountains and countryside breathtaking. The location was remote but even if you don't travel here by car the staff are always at hand to help you with arrangements for local excursions.

The room itself, as well as the hotel over all looked great and was
very clean and calm. Also the staff (Simone) did more than you could
ever expect.
Even if the description said "Wifi only available in public areas" it was available in the room. Also we got a small breakfast (that we did not expect) in the bar on the other side of the street.
We enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely stay there again when we came back to Cagliari.

Let me preface this by saying October in La Maddalena is paradise, the tourist are gone and the island is wild. The Villa Del Parco is a nice and confortable hotel. We had the Juniot Suite with a terrace overlooking the sea and the hills to the left. The room was clean and orderly, the kitchen was a plus, it had all the utensils for cooking at home. Very clean, well equipped and great view. The balcony was huge and great place to relax. The beach is only 5 min away and there are several beaches (Costa Rei area, Villasimius within 20-30 min drive). One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at was only 5 min away (Mariana Gio) and located right in the beach. The TV even had english channels which was nice for late night relaxing. The bed, although firm was very comfortable.
