B&B is located on the outskirts of La Maddalena beach-side village, so one should consider having a car to move around. Having a car, or catching an ARST bus, it easy to travel to nearby beaches, or to Cagliari. The owner, Pasqualle, was utterly friendly and helpful. So was rest of staff, though not English-speaking. Rooms are tidy, clean, wit... what people say » h an excellent A/C. And a great breakfast by Sardinian terms! - The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, they answered all the questions we had and helped a lot. Gentarrubia itself is a very nice, clean bed & breakfast in Capoterra. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall a very nice experience, we would return with a car for sure.

Well equipped and furnished spotlessly clean room in a secure and secluded environment just on the outskirts of Alghero. As well as a full size fridge in the room there was also a patio table and chairs to sit out in the beautiful surroundings of the working olive grove in which the accomodation is sited. Also an airer outside for airing and drying... what people say » clothes and beach towels etc. An excellent find! - The breakfasts were excellent and the location was very peaceful although it was further from restaurants than we had realised. The hotel has obviously taken notice of previous complaints about it not being clearly signed as there is now a large sign at the entrance which is well lit at night.
