  Good value for money if you plan to stay for a couple of nights. Appartments are clean, countryside-type with wooden ceilings and furniture. Kitchen, bathroom - everything was in good condition. Location is far from the city centre, you will need a car or a 20-minutes walk to get there, there are no restaraunts or bars nearby except for the one ni... what people say » ce (but quite expensive) restaraunt right in front of the hotel. The lake is right near as well as public park, where you can walk and relax. There is - We stayed for a wedding, the hotel was close to the venue. It was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly.

  The Pensione is situated in a wonderful place, in 5 minutes from the lake. It is worth to visit Lake Garda when you are tired fron the city.There is a bus stop near the pensione. There is a large parking place in the yard. The rooms are very cosy with big,comfortable beds. Special thanks to the family.The hosts and their son are very hospitable... what people say » , they do everything to make your staying in the Pensione very enjoyable. This place would be also good for a family with little children. - The hospitality we received in this hotel was excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. Sabastiano speaks good English and knows the area very well. The hotel is located close to the pebble beach at the lakeside. There are bicycles to use for cycling to Simione town centre where you can see the old walled town and ruins, which are closed on Mondays.

  Beautifull hotel , very nice family ,i recomand a dinner in the restaurant , the owner is a great cook , with lots af rewards in different contest , she made us a perfect 4 corses dinner , like a chef !clean room , the shop downstairs very good for "no taxes Livigno " , we really enjoyed staying at this hotel ,perfect balcony view to be mentione... what people say » d ; i would recomand it with no reservation , one of the best places we stayed in !

  Because of the rain the initial room was a bit damp, but the staff quickly came and transferred us to a new one. Has a nice clean pool. Located directly on the lake with easy access to local shopping and the old city of Sirmione - It was a very good choice , best value for money, it had everything we needed.
