  Matteo was very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty but hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min down the road... what people say » . - Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

  Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable. - The hotel is stylish and comfy all at once. The ceiling is very cool.   The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The apartments ( we rented 2) are immaculate, and the owners are so hospitable. We have 3 children 4 and under, and this was a wonderful place for our stay. We will certainly be back again! By the way- this would be an amazing location for a family photo shoot.

Everyone is smiling and trying to make your trip as comfortable as possible. The food from the restaurant is some of the best that I have had in all of Italy.
