  Very nice location. 15 minutes drive from motorway and you are in the middle of nature. Large own territory, comfortable appatments with all facilities included. AC is present in both rooms. In fact the appartements look much nicer as you could see on the advertisement. Barbecue area outside. Nice views and surrounding landscape. On the departure you will avoid the traffic jams and will be on your way to fin - Wonderful place, very comfortable, cozy and clean apartment. Beautiful view of the surroundings. Very hospitable owners. We recommend staying in this place to people who are important comfort, privacy and freedom. If we will have the opportunity - we will definitely be back here again without any doubt.

  We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious with an enormous balcony. You have everything you need here. The beach is a 12 minutes walk away and Barbara kindly let us stay on the apartments' private beach for free also on the day that we were leaving. Sperlonga is a beautiful little town and perfect for a beach holiday. ... what people say » - This one bedroom apartment has all new facilities. Friendly staff is always ready to help. The property has underground parking and is well secured by gates, video surveillance and guard. The beach is within short walk and is free for Le Spiagge residents. The town is within short drive. You don't really need the car to wander around

  Matteo was very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty but hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min down the road... what people say » . - Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

  Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The apartments ( we rented 2) are immaculate, and the owners are so hospitable. We have 3 children 4 and under, and this was a wonderful place for our stay. We will certainly be back again! By the way- this would be an amazing location for a family photo shoot.
