  We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... what people say » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  Matteo was very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty but hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min down the road... what people say » . - Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Everything in the apartment was as I expected it would be. Very comfortable bed - my husband said it was best of our 2 week trip. Breakfast was enormous. When arriving at the San Pietro station, walk right first and the apartment street is the first left. Carrefour very convenient for groceries.
