The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.

impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay

Four keys to carry around and breakfast served in your room was not too much of an issue, however this depends on the individual travellers expectations.
