I really didn't have high hopes for this hotel, but I was pleasantlysuprised, the room was very roomy very clean, good location, andexcellent value for money, I would definately stay there again - Excellent location. Easy access to bus stations. Big room and bathroom. Excellent staff. Clean.

Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is
very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee
and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We
had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get
to station.

The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom, breakfast well equipped. But
the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very
helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us
everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go
to eat, etc.
We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

The location was great 1/2 block from the Metro and very near good restaurants and Vatican City. They also had fruit, yogurt, juice and crackers available when we arrived so we didn't need to rush out for food. Also, Mario was very friendly, helpful and a great employee, taking care of our every need. -
