  The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!
