  What a great place to stay - close to Termini Station - and start oftour bus - this hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport - everyonewas very nice and wanted to help make our stay more enjoyable.   The staff were absolutely brilliant from the moment we stopped the car outside the hotel to the moment we left. The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time.   The staff was really helpful, letting our daughter check in before us when we came on a very late flight. They also were very considerate when we returned early from our cruise and needed to check in early again. - Rooms were excellent and proximity to Airport was equaly as good
