A little intimidating at first glance from the outside, but surprisingly wellrenovated on the inside.We stayed in a familyroom with bathroom, simple and clean.   We were greeted by a very friendly and funny guy named roberto. He was very funny and cheeky in a good way with jokes! He checked us in and gave us very detailed info bout the city. We were given a huge triple room with a nice balcony. Very very clean and absolutely comfortable. Memory foam mattress is a big plus point. My friend and I had problem... what people say » waking up in the morning due to that mattress. I think the room in general is quite soundproof. I didnt hear any other noise, maybe we were too tired - Perfect localization. Good price. Confortable rooms.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly! Asked if they could leave us a bag with some breakfast items in as we were leaving for our flight in the night, they arranged this no problem! Lots of places to eat out within walking distance of the hotel. Very easy to get into rome centre on the metro.
