  It is a friendly relaxing place to stay, close to Rome and the airport. Bracciano is an interesting town and the lake is close. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and friendly.   Gorgeous, stunning hotel, just like in the pictures. Marble everywhere. Just gorgeous. Very substantial, varied, and delicious breakfast included with the price of the stay. Location is described as being sort of out of the way, but if you are in Rome to see Rome, the chances are that you will be walking just as much as we did, which is all day lo... what people say » ng with breaks to eat (and have gelato!). So the 10-15 minutes to the nearest subway station or the Spanish Steps is really nothing. Read up on Roman - This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son especially

  the staff is expectionally helpfull and friendly, rooms are spacious and well designed, the layout of umbrellas on the private beach is not overly crowded like the majority of Italian beaches, which gives you a nice sense of personal space.
