The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. We loved everything! We had 3 rooms during our 2 day stay. Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. They made our museum reservations, gave us detailed info about Florence, and even tried to get our rental car delivered to the hotel instead of the airport. The rooms were so perfectly Tuscan that I felt like I was on a movie set. Breakfast was fabulous

Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
