  The owner Martina was exeptional and this made our stay special. Genuinely friendly and excellent with the kids (4,7 & 10yrs). She gave good advice on the trips we proposed and lent us a helpful guide of the ruins. The appartment and room we rented were both clean, spacious, well equiped and tasefully decorated. It is within easy walking distance to town, close to the ruins, a major supermarket and major - Martina and Antonella were the perfect hosts - they couldn't do enough for you. It felt like we were part of their family. The accommodation is delightful - reflecting Martina's design skills. An excellent breakfast set us up for the day; we had a scrumptious Italian dinner prepared for us on one evening.   This place was brilliant. Great location, right in the center, with clean rooms attentive staff. Stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  We used as a base to visit Naples and Pompeii. It was fine for this. We drove to the local station and went in to Naples buy train. (Your a braver man than me if you drive in). 40 minutes by train. Naples can get a bad rap these days but if you are careful it's a great city to visit with some outstanding thing to see and do. They accompanied us to the best Metro-station for visiting Napoli. Breakfast was great. The rooms are large with a kitchen, 2 airco's, balcony and a sitting room. A beautiful swimming pool.   We had a really warm welcome from our hosts. Lemoncello on the balcony with a beautiful view. Place was quaint clean and plenty of room. Right next to the archeolgical site of Herculaneum which was perfect. - Very friendly and helpful welcome. Excellent location for visiting Herculaneum. Off-street car parking facilities.
