  The hotel grounds were amazing, and the pools were cleaned everyday, the breakfast was great eggs and bacon and delicious cakes. And the staff were great. - Beautiful location and friendly staff. Lovely hotel and spa. Good buffet type breakfast. I come here regularly and enjoy it every time.

  We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. The room had the wow factor and lived up to our expectations. The holiday just went uphill from there!   Besides the absolutely stunning views of the ocean and Positano, the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The one guy who handled the pool area/bar, luggage to you room, etc, was outstanding. Constantly helping us with whatever we needed- drinks in hand, towels for the pool, reserving chairs at the po... what people say » ol, ordering snacks, etc, he genuinely seemed to care about the hotel as if it was his family staying there. We also lucked out and were given a free - The staff at the Marincanto were just too amazing... Right from check-in .. To the lady who got the luggage to the room.. To the pool attendant Gianni ... To the front desk staff at check out...all super super hospitable..!! They went out of their way to make me feel at home..!!! The location is perfect & just a short walk from the beach & shopping & restaurants ... In short.... Total value for money...& I'm definitely staying at the Marincanto next time I'm in Positano..!

  Nice style, very nice position. The staff are always been kind and the service is nice. - The hotel is really new and opened since few days. Is visible that organization must be improved. Anyway the hotel is really in the center of Sorrento.

  Recepionist was very helpful we wanted to book in for an extra night and there was no problem - Peace and quietness/very good service of the courtesy bus and a very good driver in Mariano.
