  All staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent enough english. Even though our room was a bit small it was enough for two people to feel confortable. It was very silent, we did not hear the other guests or outside noise. Wi-fi worked properly. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. Apartment 346 was very quiet.

  Everything about this hotel was excellent. The bedrooms were of a very high standard. The food in the various restaurants was extremely good. I gather the corridors near the bedrooms are being done up.   It was ultra-contemporary with all the technology present designed for comfort of the guests. The room--we had a suite--was spacious and soothing. The staff was super-attentive, too. My husband, son, and I spent three weeks in Italy. This was by far the best place we stayed.   A truly outstanding hotel! Ideally located for the Vatican City and free courtesy buses were provided by the hotel. The room was excellent with a lovely balcony. The pool was superb and the hotel staff were excellent. The food was wonderful with many different choices at both breakfast and dinner.
