All staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent enough english. Even though our room was a bit small it was enough for two people to feel confortable. It was very silent, we did not hear the other guests or outside noise. Wi-fi worked properly. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. The breakfast was very good, with some coffee and milk variations, yogurts, two juices, butter, jams, nutella, cheeses, cold meats, different types of bread, cakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages an.

Plenty of tv channels, but not many in english (many were dubbed in italian). The a/c was not cooling our room properly so we had to open the window one night. The scrambled eggs in the breakfast tasted dry and were the low point of the breakfast. From the hotel metro station (Cornelia) it takes at least 15 minutes to reach the first metro station in Rome city center. By bus it's at least 25 minutes. Since most public transports stop after 00:30 (01:30 on weekends), this can be a problem. there was a light just outside one of the windows for the passage way and it lit the whole room up at night so had to put a towel up to make it dark. Air con perhaps a bit noisy if you wanted it on during the night, but really not a big issue, depends on how lightly you sleep!. Nothing all 5 star. There is a supervised parking possibility,not so far away from the hotel,but the problem was the opening hours,the garage was closed till 7 p.m at the evening,and there is no possibility to leave the car close to the hotel during check in/out without paying extra for this time :( If you are coming with a car,better contact the hotel and asking about the situation. Location is a bit out of the city but fabulous metro and local buses mean easy access. There was nothing we didn't like. Nothing. Fruit juices were concentrated rather than fresh. Walls in the room were quite thin however there was not a lot of noise. No place to park the car. The region where the hotel doesnt seem to be safe... A little far out although only 15 minutes by metro and easily reached by bus (ask for help to get off by Cornelia metro, make sure you have a metro ticket!). Plan to stay out for the day and dinner, or go back and eat locally where there are a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast wasn't always refilled quickly so items were missing on some days. If you asked they would bring more out though. The rom had a very small window but we had AC that was working very well. Be careful on metro had an episode with a pick pocketer had to cancel some of our credit cards a bit of a nuisance. Nothing. My room was too small and need to be refurbished. Meal choice is poor at a breakfast. I would like more clean room (there was dust when i hit the bed with my hand) and the bed was like curved at the one side. (the bathroom was clean enough). 1)The t.v Didnt appear to have any English language channels. Nothing. The wifi is free but very slow, at times not really usable. no easy way to or from airport without expensive shuttle/taxi. Nada. small rooms. Breakfast, a bit small room but I knew. Location. - The hotel staff are very helpful - The hotel is very close to super markets and restaurants - The hotel is 3 minutes walk from Metro Station. Parking was again a challenge. There was a parking across the street, which cost 10 EUR a day, but not surveiled at night. Another parking possibility was a garage at some distance for 15 EUR for 24 hours and surveiled. We used the first possibility which was a failure. A side window of our car was broken in the last night oft our staying in Rome. We had left nothing in the car, so the tiefs could steal nothing. But we had some problems to repare the window to get home. This is not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3 star. Double room had 8 - 10 square meters, clean but not functional. Breakfast - basic.
