The breakfast buffet (served from 8 to 10) was excellent with many good choices. There is wi-fi in the room and it is free, but it is not always stable.   Very cozy self catering flats in a pretty central location (5 minutes walking to Piazza del Popolo). A free parking is 1 minute walking away. The flat has everything needed if you want to cook something + the owner also provides simple food for breakfast which you can have in the room. I did not have time to use the little courtyard and the bike... what people say » s which were available - but both are very good services to provide. The owner was extremely nice and available to give information/help and to suit s - Altho Bike-on offers breakfast, our room had a small kitchen and dining table, coffee and coffee pot, so we bought and made breakfast, and ate dinner out. Our host, Paolo, was accommodating with our late train arrival and ran one load of laundry for us before we left and let us use the drying racks in the courtyard area. We had a triple that was spacious and quiet. The lack of air conditioning in hot weather was irrelevant. Two fans and comfortable beds made for three great nights of sleep.

We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna - Although we had stayed in nice places before, this hotel was probably the best we visited in Italy. We had booked regular rooms, but were given apartments instead. The staff was very friendly and gave us a good restaurant address as well as parking advice, the room was very clean and well equipped with Sky TV, balcony, etc. Bikes were available to get into Ravenna, but we did not use them as we stayed only one night.
