Very cozy self catering flats in a pretty central location (5 minutes walking to Piazza del Popolo). A free parking is 1 minute walking away. The flat has everything needed if you want to cook something + the owner also provides simple food for breakfast which you can have in the room. I did not have time to use the little courtyard and the bikes which were available - but both are very good services to provide. The owner was extremely nice and available to give information/help and to suit s.
all reviews » Altho Bike-on offers breakfast, our room had a small kitchen and dining table, coffee and coffee pot, so we bought and made breakfast, and ate dinner out. Our host, Paolo, was accommodating with our late train arrival and ran one load of laundry for us before we left and let us use the drying racks in the courtyard area. We had a triple that was spacious and quiet. The lack of air conditioning in hot weather was irrelevant. Two fans and comfortable beds made for three great nights of sleep. The room was very clean and spacious and beautifully quiet to sleep! (Bit of a luxury at this price I have found) It felt very well cared for. The little bench outside the room was a nice bright place to enjoy a glass of wine and check email etc. The location is perfect to wander to the sites in the historic center and there is a free parking conveniently close by. The recommendation to eat at Alexander's around the corner was spot on!. Fantastic place to stay! Very central, only 3 min walk to the closest mosaics. Super clean, big rooms, big bathroom! The owner Paolo is the best host you could imagine! Bikes very handy around the city, we also cycled to the sea, only 12km away. Cannot say anything bad about this great place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!. Ravenna is small and pricey, and you can't beat this hotel for location (walking distance from almost everything - just Sant'Apollinare in Classe requires a car) and price. Position in the old town. Everything was very new, nice breakfast package. Nothing really - the only side note is that, being next to a road, you might hear some cars also during the night. But that you can avoid only by choosing an hotel which is not so central I guess!. The breakfast provided could use some fruit or cheese or something to round it out. Internet is sketchy inside the room because of the thick walls. The courtyard wasn't overly appealing. Nothing. Wish they had a bit more kitchen utensils. Room was chilly. We were told or at least understood regulations were that the heating didn't,come on until later in October. Distance from train/bus stations & transport at arrival & departure. There was a lot of noice (from lot of cars) from the street. We are not used to street-noice at home. There is no parking of the hotel, so you have to try your luck to get one near by, in the appartment we stayed was a bit too humid. A bigger sign woulmmake it easier to find in the street. Lack of air condition and very poor breakfast.
