The staff was extremely nice. We arrived late in the evening and even if the restaurant was about to close they still served us a very nice dinner.

The place is a bit far away from the Bormio but it is placed in the beautiful nature with excellent views on mountains. The hotel was really good, rooms were clean and comfortable - everything was included in the kitchen + TV and fridge -
