Efficient staff; good location, easy to find; large rooms. Location is excellent for cycling the 3 famous Italian alps, Stelvio, Gavia and Mortirolo. Mattress was very hard. Run down appartment, nice people but poorly organised. They confiscate your identity papers for the whole stay and then forget to return them at check out.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Please note that 100 EUR of security deposit is required on arrival. This amount will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in good conditions. Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from October until mid June. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
