  New hotel with large rooms and high standard of fittings. Our room overlooked snow capped mountains over a lovely valley. Breakfast included boiled eggs and sliced meats. Brioche and fresh fruit also. Staff extremely friendly helpful and kind. Car parking is off street for maybe five cars at a pinch but the street offers more spaces. The breakfast is good, friendly staff and unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy swimming pool, for instance.

  This hotel was perfect. We stayed one night while on the way to Milan from Germany. We arrived close to 2am and the owner was awake and waiting for us (we felt very bad for arriving so late!)! He was very kind and got us in our quaint room right away. Listen to the gps directions because they were accurate. You may feel like you are going the wron... what people say » g way because the hotel is way off the beaten path, but keep going! Once you arrive to Via Fogazzaro or Via Poletti in Lanzo d'Intelvi (the small vill - The host was very friendly. The rooms are cosy and the hotel overlooks the mountains. The host was kind to re open the kitchen at night, as we reached late. She also explained the best places to visit and because of that we were able to see some splendid landscapes. Definitely will go back and recommend.
