The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.   We had spent a few days in Sorrento and had a 10 am flight back to the UK from Naples airport, so we decided to stay in Naples the night before to make it easier for us to get to the airport to get our flight. Nice, clean facility, modern comfortable rooms with well running wi-fi, spacy shower and safe deposit box. Friendly stuff. Quiet location, antimafia HQ and lot of policemen in the hotel surrounding, so one can really feel safe. We even walked from city center after sightseeing (in early evening before darkness passing train station) and streets around were rather clean. We expected much more garbage and "a

  The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities.
