  Large, comfortable room with kitchenette at a very modest price. Free parking. Great Internet connection. Standard Italian sockets are unable to accommodate a laptop plug; however, receptionist was quick to provide a connector to let me charge the laptop. - Big free parking 20 min from city centre by train.

  I think they have improved their service and the cleanliness after they read the comments. I gave them my request, they responded. The owners of the the hotel can hardly speak English, but they are very cute, willing to try everything they can to help and to communicate with you. I enjoyed communicate with them. The old lady even wanted to take me... what people say » to the nail salon cus I didn't know the direction. We ended up stopping by the bobber shop next door called Ginza. There you can find nice Chinese pp - Excellent location if you arrive at Milano Centrale train station - just 2-3 mins' walk. The room is very clean and of reasonable size. The bathroom is quite spacious with basic toiletries and a hair dryer. The B&B is located on the first floor of a well maintained residential building. You feel safe and it's quiet there. We were given bottled water every day in the room and at breakfast, which is considered quite generous in Italy. Check-in and breakfast are at the Open Bar next door.
