  It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

  There was a Filipino staff named Karen and I thought that she was very accommodating. On our date of departure, we wanted to take a cab to the airport, though there was a luxury taxi provided by their hotel, she honestly recommended to me and volunteered to get a metered taxi to save money.   The Sunflower is not located in city centre but very close to the tram station that can take you to the tube so within 15-20 minutes you can get to Duomo. It's a good compromise between price and location. As Milan is a safe city even in the middle of the night you can go back to the hotel with no feeling of fear.   We had informed the hotel of our early arrival, so they made sure that the room was ready when we got there at 11am, which was very convenient. We had room 1, which is a triple room, and it was a very large with a double and the bathroom was quite large as well, and it was facing the garden, and it had air con, and towels were changed on a daily b... what people say » asis. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit.
