The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated.
There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located.
Wifi very stable and it's free.
One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map.
In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants.
The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate.
