This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet.
Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.
Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

the staff were very friendly and accomodating. In fact they couldn't do enough for us - lending us bikes, and generally doing all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
