the staff were very friendly and accomodating. In fact they couldn't do enough for us - lending us bikes, and generally doing all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Although the location was just outside he walls of the old city, it was close enough for walking and cycling. It was also within easy walking distance of the station

A very good price for this type of hotel. really beautiful fournitures and design in a tipical lucca's house. excellent - the staffs were very friendly and we had exelent time. the room is well decorated and the location is the best.
