Run by very friendly and helpful family. Very new and clean. Comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Good if you need a budget apartment as base for day trips. Lovely bowl of fruit on arrival and the owners even went out and bought a brand new iron and ironing board when we asked for one.

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was calm, friendly, beautifully decorated and our hosts were very welcoming. The room was outstanding, with a fabulous big bed, enormous shower and great balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast was tasty, lots of typical continental choices and little extras, served in the garden. The house is 5 minutes walk to Lucca's gates and couldn't have been more convenient for the station.The whole experience was brilliant, from our first welcoming email

It is an exceptional location with a beautiful view over the town of Lucca, with a great pool, a chic interior decor and very good traditional food. Emiliano is a very welcoming host, very funny and a great chef. You can ask him what do you want for dinner and he will prepare for you. He does everything by himself making guests live some unique experiences.
