We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!

Had a wonderful time in Rome, Duca d`Alba was faultless, excellent friendly staff, location was 1 minute away from Cavour metro station. The Colosseum was a 10 minute stroll. Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour.
