The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room.   Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that! ... what people say » - Close to the main train station, very pleasant, friendly staff, air conditioning was great (very hot in Rome that day). Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  We had a very large and lovely room with en suite bathroom that had a bath, which was a relaxing way to end our busy day exploring this busy city. The TV had a good selection of international channels. Very close to the central station. - The room was comfortable, but small.

We read a few complaints about the breakfast but it didnt bother us as it was so cheap we would manage. When we got there The staff were so lovely and efficient. The ne... what people say » xt morning we arrived in the breakfast room with loads of options for breakfast! Im a very picky eater and even I was very happy with the food! There - Everything. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome. The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving out maps and marking all the places of interest o - My favourite thing about Amalfi by far was the absolutely lovely and wonderful lady who runs the breakfast buffet. She obviously takes so much pride in her work and is so friendly, bubbly and full of energy every morning. She goes to extra lengths to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated and gives a veritable tour of the buffet when the guests come in! What a lovely lady, thank you so much.
