  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.   We really enjoy the Hotel Veneto and loved its location and stayed there at the beginning of our trip. this visit was just for one night and we were in a room that should probably be renovated.
