  The was a very small hotel with a homey atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location because it was off the beaten path and we had to actually walk and see other things to get places. If you don't like to walk you can always take a water taxi. The rooms were nice, clean and you get served a nice complementary brea... what people say » kfast each morning. Very affordable as well! - The hotel was located in a quiet area of Venice with local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Small, compact and very friendly - it was perfect! Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate with fruit juice, breads and pastries, jams, marmalade, honey and cereals. This small hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

  Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from the day's heat. Each day, there was plenty of cheese, juice, cereal, and pastry for breakfast. I would stay again and highly recommend Ca'Spezier.... what people say » It is clean, comfortable, and a great value. Monica was terrific. - Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses. Get three keys when checking in which means you can come and go to the property as you please. Overall, a lovely guest house.

  The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . In the morning made Breakfast pastries... what people say » , jams, bread, wonderful coffee!!! Bath with a new bathroom. Because this apartment , resort tax do not pay. I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.
