They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.
