that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Despite being at 4 spaces available to us were great.
The reception moved us to a bigger apartment than what we had booked and we were very happy about this.

The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
