  Great location, friendly staff, great customer service. Did I mention great location! Very clean and spacious. I defiinitely will stay here again! - I can't say enough good things. From the welcome wine and cakes to the beautiful rooms. I only hope I will be lucky enough to stay here again

  It was a very clean room. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. You are also very close to everything. The double-glazed windows helped to shut out the noise from outside. The price of the room was very reasonable considering that the hotel is centrally located. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone considering visiting Florence.

The rooms were simple, very clean (very important to me!) plus the service - frontline staff, breakfast, housekeeper- was friendly and good.   The location is incredible. Right outside my window, so close I almost felt I could touch it, was the fantastically beautiful Il Duomo de Firenze (cathedral), Florence's most popular sight to see. You immediately feel like it's *your* piazza since you "live" there, and all the other people milling around are just tourists. The bells in the morning... what people say » were magical. I should add that the piazza is noisy until late at night but the windows are excellent modern double- glazed ones, and when I shut the - Unbelievable location right in front if the Duomo - was blown away by the view from my window (sometimes the hotel add isn't quite real)!given the location I thin this is a budget friendly option - I wanted the ability to enjoy views rather than have a mega room. I had solo room with single bed which was fine (all I did was sleep there) and central to everything. Kelly was really helpful for recommendations re markets (Mercato Centrale is a must) and restaurants (ZaZa's is terrific) and things
