  Our family of 4 had the apt near San Samuele. The 2 bdrms were on the 2nd floor and the kit/dining, livingroom were on the 3rd. It was large (for european standards) and modern with new appliances (incl washing machine-no dryer and a dishwasher), quiet a/c in most rooms (w/remote), nice balcony w/table in back, king bed in master and twins in the ... what people say » other(very comfortable), multiple closets. The apt has good lighting (except for the bathroom) which we always find to be a problem in Europe-any coun - The communication from the charming owner was excellent! We had no phone or internet here for four days leading up to our trip, so everything had to be passed via our daughter. This presented no problem. We remained in communication by text right up to the time we arrived in Piazzale Roma ready for the ten minute walk to the flat, and she was exactly where she said she would be. She couldn't do enough to help us: showing us how everything in the flat worked, providing maps and explaining loc

  The best thing that impressed that I recieved an email from Adriana - the communications manager of the hotel, 2-3 before my check-in to make sure that I smoothly find the hotel (water bus number, location map, etc.). I recommend the Murano Suite for family with 4 children it has a bath room and shower inside. The other 2 rooms are good small fami... what people say » ly or couples or solo travlers. The kitchen is good and you can cook. I bought some fresh catch from the fish market which is just below the hotel. Mi - Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay.

  I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. And once you figure out how to walk two supermarkets are closeby (Coop and Punto) I liked it so m... what people say » uch that I extended my stay. The price (in low season!) was good. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice. There is a living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. 3) The location is really good. Very close to Rialto bridge, few minutes away from the Piazza di San Marco.
