They've recently added an elevator to the building, but he still met me downstairs to help me with my bags upon arrival, and helped me again at check-out.   WE saw this hotel at the last minute and since we wanted to be near the train staion (a ten minute easy walk away) and the Opera House it was perfect (a two minute walk). We had a late snack at a very lively restaurant across the street. Wish we couldn't have stayed there longer. - close to buses, train station, restaurants, shopping district
