  Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather!   Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.
