Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! It was cool inside the room, even though it was hot outside.We were able to leave our bags once we'd checked out in a locked room as we still had time in Rome before we caught our train. T.
all reviews » Personnel was very nice and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were shown on map all sights worth visiting and places to wine&dine other than touristic restaurants. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure. Location is so good, only 4min walk to Ternimi Station. Grandpa is so nice. When I leave Roma, I even ran to the hotel from station and ask grandpa to help me send postcard. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choice for drink. I love the chocolate so much! Building has a lift so it's easy to carry suitcase. We live 5 nights and leave us a good memory. This hotel is located on the 5rd floor of a building. Very friendly staff!!! Room, shower box and elevator don't have sufficient space to accommadate more than 2 adults. On two out o three mornings coffee was cold, smell of sewer in bathroom if ventilation off for a moment, shower was so tiny I barely fit in: a large person would need to shower with doors open, wetting whole bathroom. Only one set of towels for two people. Toast and coffee is not what I expected when payed for breakfast. no receipt... -Size of the room. Everything except the location. No wireless internet in the morning. Staff's English is terrible. No shower gel. Dirty cups.
