  This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.   The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar!   Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Also it's one floor of a building so it feels like you are staying... what people say » in a real Italian building rather than a cookie cutter hotel. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum
