The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great. Great hotel really.

They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. Very friendly! They make you feel number 1 as a guest! Little cute breakfastroom but everything you need is there. The hotel is absolutely central in Venezia, San Marco and Rialto are really near, Lido in 20 Minutes by Boat. Next boatstation (Sant' Angelo) is about a minute away.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.
