The staff was very welcoming, especially Dennis. He was very helpful and kind. He also speaks very good English. The room was very clean and lovely. The hotel is very close to the city centre and also to the main bus station. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, they served any type of coffe or tea. The price was very fair. All in all, we would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a very nice, very modern apartment. The land lady lives on the floor above and was very helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and shares the floor with a lawyer's office. It is one block from the bus stop from Florence and a 10 minute walk from the Campo and a very nice grocery store. I would definitely stay here again. -

apartment was well equipped and very clean.
We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in,
and she was so kind a funny to talk to.
The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!

Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack. Safe place even late at night and the bag storage
