Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Wonderful view of Siena from our window. Nice breakfast with cappuccino. The hotel location, just a 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. It was located at just the right spot for us (not too far from the train station and a short 5 min. walk to the center of town). I also really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed in hotels in Europe before and they can be quite gross. Big, clean room with the most amazing view of Siena!! The view from our balcony was incredible.

Good location, just inside the citywalls and 10mins walk from the bus station, and the heart of Siena.On site parking is essential. Great views. Nice breakfust and bathroom. Initially we were given a room with a view that was tiny, dirty and notvery nice. However we politely requested a change and were given amodern, recently refurbished room without a view - we were much happier.Boaring room, cold. Hard pillows and bed. The coffee was poor and not well served. Men at work early in the morning beside our room, we couldn't sleep.The deluxe room no 3 was not as good as standard room 210, it was much darker and smaller. Breakfast, because only continental breakfast was included in the price of the room, and continental breakfast was scarce from the point of view of the choice of food. Compared to other similar Hotels in Siena, the charge might be a little too high. Pillows in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. The hotel is located on the edge of the city. You have to walk for 10 minutes uphill to reach the main street leading to the center. Also the beds are not very comfortable. Small room without the view over Siena, noisy, hard to find if comingfrom south.Breakfast service poor like refilling trays as they were emptied and having to pay for cappucino. In our bedroom, the heating was not working properly; we asked for solution, but nothing was done to fix it. Besides that, the hotel was being reformed during our stay, but we were only warned at the check-in. In the day of our leaving, some men of the staff tried to enter our room as if it was empty. It was a very unpleasant experience.
