  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room.   This hotel was perfect, the location was 5 mins walk from Termini Station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Rome. The room was quite small but had everything you could need, the attention to detail was amazing. There were a large number of very good restaurants within seconds walking distance. It has easy access to buses and metro. My mum loved the lift/elevator. It was safe and we got a security box on our rooms. You can control the air conditioner and heating on the room. A nice windows has both blind and curtains. We got new towels every day and internet access. Breakfast was good.
