It is within walking distance from Termini Station (10-12 minutes) and is close to restaurants and shops. The staff allowed us to leave our suitcase at Max-House when we were gone for 2 days. It was a good value for Rome. Friendly staff. -

The room was bigger and nicer then we expected, the location is very good just 10 minutes to get to Termini. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel and very good at nights. -

Very convenient for a bus to the centre, very good value for money, good bars and restaurants in the San Lorenzo area. - Considering quality / price ratio, it is an excellent hotel. The garden was beautiful. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The breakfast was absolutely more than a continental breakfast. The staff was helpfull.

The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.
