We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in. We are from Canada and never make a phone call in the public telephone booth. We tried one phone and it didn't work and ate our money. The second one works b.
all reviews » The hostel is close to the Termini station, a 15 minutes walk, convenient for those who want to have an easy access to the trains.It is also located near a metro station-2 stops away from Termini again.If u walk all the way down the central street of Manzoni u meet one of the famous landmarks of Rome, Colloseum.It takes about 15 minutes to get there on foot.The room we booked was small but lovely.Obviously renewed, with a small kitchenette, a fridge, and a microwave.There were also a TV screen . Great location, short walk to the coloseum, we we able to walk to all the sites in rome other than the Vatican which we used the metro for (station super close to the hotel) Staff friendly and helpful- not always on reception though. Were able to leave our luggage there after checkout which was extremely handy Computer use in the bedroom which came in handy for googling directions to places we wanted to go. Location: quite close to the sights for the money we paid to stay there. Moreover!!! Near the hotel we found the best place to eat Italian ice cream in the city, it is an old ice cream factory The furniture and kitchen facilities are comfortable enough, if we had stayed longer I would have definitely tried cooking in our room, which is a nice opportunity if you want to make your journey more budget. The location was close to the metro and the tram/bus stop was 100 m away, which made it convenient to visit many sites as well as getting to the train station. The room was nice and quiet since it faced the courtyard, and it was very comfortable. Palazzo del Freddo was 2 minutes away on foot! The best gelato EVER!. very friendly staff, communication was easy (prior arrival and during our stay), thank you for delivering in the room my special romantic request before our arrival :) good location, supermarket and good restaurant within 5minute walk, metro station, Termini, Colosseo, etc within walking distance. Location is good , Just 15mins walk fm Roma terminus . 2 mins walk to a big Supermarket and some good Italian Restaurants nearby . Room is tidy and clean with kitchen that u can cooking . We all please to stay at InternoRoma and definitely recommend to all our friends. The staff (specially Steffi) was super friendly, they explained in detail to all the questions we had and the furnishings were so good that the apartment looked just like a hotel. Free wifi and computer in room. Clever use of space to incorporate basic kitchen. Friendly staff Recommend using transfer as would be difficult to find first time. Manuel was very helpful, the accomadation was clean and comfortable. a little far away from some of the sights but great for an overnight stay. Staff. Were excellent Room. The area where the hostel lies, isn't the best. If we had not been so pleasantly tired after long walks around Rome, it would have been difficult to sleap because of the noise, both outside and inside the hotel (I could here even somebody's alarmclock) We had the smallest room in the hotel, which we agreed on on purpose as we used to live in small apartments and didn't have much staff with us. But many people I think would find the room too small. The reception isn't always open, and although we had arranged with Manuel to check in at 3pm, the girl wasn't there when we arrived. Also, the neighbourhood isn't the best, although there are definitely worse places in Rome. The overhead shower was on/off and didn't have a temperature control, which we found strange. overall the room was quiet only sometimes there was a little noise but it was not disturbing. Too close to the terminal station which is not the pretty part of Rome. No central area. So had to go out for breakfast/coffee/etc. Ok for a couple of days. Looks a bit run down from the outside. But that is misleading. Room just a bit small. Wi-fi connectivity was intermittent. The smallness of our room, I think other rooms were bigger. there was no boiling machine and computer like as written. The accommodation here is very basic. There doesn't seem to have been the same effort which I've seen in other b&bs in Rome, where it seems the owners have really thought about how to provide luxurious and stylish accommodation at this price. This is more one of the standard sort of b&bs, with nylon coverings and a foam mattress, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I don't know if there was meant to be a breakfast in the price, because we weren't offered one. Wi-fi do not work. Very small rooms. They charged me 15€ for late check-in with no previous notice. And I had to wait 30 minutes for the recepcionist in order to make check-out, although I had informed them that I wanted to check out early in the morning.
